We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking individual to provide administrative support, commencing in January 2022, based at our soon-to-open office in Grange-over-Sands.

Heydays Care & Support Services are a well-established, independent home care provider operating across South Cumbria. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team in a lovely location.

Benefits

The hourly pay for this position is £10.20 per hour. You will also receive holiday entitlements of 5.6 weeks per annum pro-rata and be enrolled within our company pension plan.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries and undertaking general office administration. Day to day responsibilities will include reception duties, database administration, handling customer queries via phone/ email, arranging staff training courses, diary management, helping to coordinate and liaise with our care teams, handling post and filing.

This role is a permanent, part-time position (16 hours per week) from Tuesday to Friday, 9am until 1pm.

You must have experience in office administration, possess excellent IT skills (proficient in Microsoft Office applications), excellent communication skills, be able to work under own initiative, be organised and professional and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in health and social care is desirable but not essential.
