Many of us have discovered the importance of maintaining regular social interaction during the pandemic, however this is something that our care service has always prioritised.
We know that most individuals benefit physically and mentally from being socially active and engaged within a local community. This tends to become increasingly important as people get older, retire and become more physically constrained.
At Heydays, we offer and promote a comprehensive service for our clients to stay involved within their local community. This helps to support our clients general health and well-being as well as preventing isolation.
We run our own regular Day Centre sessions which bring many of our clients together with our staff, for a themed activity as well enjoying a cup of tea, slice of cake and a giggle. *New dates for our Day Centre sessions to be released in accordance with Covid guidance.
