Staff and Security

All of our staff have been checked by the Criminal Record Bureau and are carefully selected for their qualities and experience.

Initially, we will call and visit you, for a friendly informal chat to discuss your individual needs.

We aim to match our staff to our service users and ensure continuity of staff.

Prior to any care being carried out, you will be introduced to the carers who will be wearing our uniform and have full ID Avoiding the uncertainty of a stranger at your door.

We are always happy to provide our clients with any references they require.

We provide all our staff with on going training.
