Staff and Security
All our staff are carefully selected to ensure that they are perfect for the role. We believe that building trusted and valued relationships between our staff and clients is of utmost importance, therefore we aim to match our staff to each of our clients. By ensuring continuity of staff, our clients benefit from an enriched service.
If you are considering a care and support package for yourself or a loved one, we begin the journey with a telephone call to collect some information. We will then arrange a visit for a friendly, informal chat to discuss your individual needs and requirements.
Prior to any care being carried out, you will be introduced to the carers who will be wearing our uniform and carry full ID, to avoid any uncertainty of a stranger at your door.
We are always happy to provide our clients with any references they require.
All of our staff have been checked by the Disclosure & Barring System and are carefully selected for their qualities and experience.
